What's included in the weekly rental?
Our weekly rental gives you 7 days (starting at the time scooter is delivered) of riding. Scooters are delivered fully charged and on the same day*.
(*Only available for orders placed before 8pm.)
What's included in the subscription?
Our subscription is the best way to ride Scootly. It includes unlimited scooter swaps*, a storage bag and phone stand!
(*Swaps may be limited based on inventory.)
(Subscriptions auto-renew. Cancel any time.)
Do you offer daily rentals?
For daily rental details, please call or text us during business hours (9am – 8pm, 7 days a week) at (855) 960-0820.
How do I get my scooter?
Once your order is placed a Scootly Team Member will reach out to schedule your delivery. Orders placed before 8pm will be delivered on the same day.
How do I return my scooter?
A Scootly Team Member will reach out before your rental expires (or after cancellation for subscriptions) to schedule a pick up.
What are the requirements to ride?
You must be at least 18 years old to ride our scooters and accept our Rental Agreement during checkout.
